Service Clerk (Full-Time)
Morrison Industrial Equipment | Mason, MI
Morrison Industrial Equipment is hiring a Full-Time Service Clerk for our Mason location. If you're organized, customer-focused, and looking for a career with growth opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: 575 Jewett Rd., Mason, MI 48854
Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift
Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities
Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
Open, process, and monitor service work orders
Update customers on repair status and timelines
Prepare and process repair estimates
Process warranty claims
Coordinate with technicians to support efficient scheduling
Answer phones and assist customers professionally
Support rental inquiries, quotes, and deliveries
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic mechanical knowledge
Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check
