Physical Therapist - PRN

Role Overview: Provides skilled physical therapy services in an acute care setting, evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and functional activities. Collaborates closely with healthcare team members, develops personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment, and educates patients and families. Delegates tasks to assistants and students based on competency, ensuring effective interventions, and completes accurate documentation. Establishes treatment plans and delivers therapy aligned with patient needs. Communicates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as necessary. Delegates interventions appropriately, ensuring quality care. Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred. Physical Therapist License required. No prior experience necessary. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Key Duties: Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans. Educate and collaborate with patients and healthcare team.
