ELECTRICAL RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Electrical Reliability EngineerThe job you will perform:Interact with all parts of the organization and work hand in hand with operations, maintenance, and engineering to implement effective and strategic maintenance initiatives that support achievement of reliability goals and objectives, key performance metrics, maintenance cost objectives, and capital projects execution.Drive continuous improvement through positive influence, IP best practices, FMEA, and RCFADrive culture of reliability that focuses on systems of MWS, training, and deliberate improvement.Equipment reliability strategyRCFA facilitation by leading a group to quickly and thoroughly identify and solve latent causes.Drive reliable methods and QA/QCProvide technical assistance and advice as necessary to aid in troubleshooting complex issues in the manufacturing/reliability process.Support development of 5-year major maintenance and capital plansManage small improvement projects.Provide reliability oversight of Pd.M., PM, precision practices/training and facility preservation.Recommend action based off of Pd.M. findings.Evaluate repair methods, shop audits, use repair vs replace decision making.Champion a reliability best practice elementThe skills you will bring:B.S. in engineering discipline or equivalent experience in maintenance, engineering, or reliability5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to lead multiple projects of varying complexity and progress.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence all levels of the organization.Proficient with Microsoft Office productsAbility to work long weekends and long hours on occasion as required.Competencies:Detail and action orientedCustomer focusDrive for resultsIntegrity and trustTimely decision makingListeningProcess managementProblem solvingInterpersonal savvyMulti-taskingThe benefits you will enjoy:Paid time off including vacation and holidaysRetirement, pension, and 401k matching programMedical & dentalEducation & development (including tuition reimbursement)Life & disability insuranceThe career you will build:Leadership trainingPromotional opportunitiesThe impact you will make:We continue to build a better future for people, the plant, and our company!
