What we're looking for

• Someone who is dependable, punctual, and brings a great attitude to every shift.
• A natural leader who serves others, communicates well, and enjoys developing people.
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative and own results.
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and can prioritize what matters most.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing the little things well.
• Ability to stay on your feet throughout a shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• ServSafe certified (or willing to become certified)

This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A® Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator. You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
