Details\n \n Work on a 32-bed Medical/Peds/Onc unit within a hospital setting \n Patient population includes med/surg cases such as COPD, pneumonia, chest pain, and COVID \n Patient ratio is typically 1:6, though ratios are not guaranteed and may vary \n Remote telemetry monitored by ICU staff \n Uses Epic EMR \n Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \n Every other Friday/Saturday night required \n Rotational floating required \n No on-call requirements, though staff may be held over during scheduled shifts if needed \n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact/multistate) \n BLS certification from AHA required \n ACLS certification preferred \n Minimum 2 years of RN experience required \n Epic EMR experience required \n Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted) \n No employment gaps of 90 days within the past 12 months \n Additional Information\n \n Provide direct patient care across a range of med/surg diagnoses including respiratory and cardiac conditions \n Black scrubs required as part of dress code \n Team-oriented, outgoing, and flexible personality preferred to fit unit culture \n Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment \n Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted, though bill rate is reduced by $10 from the posted travel rate \n Candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the radius \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-739750.
