Care2U in Plainview, NY, is hiring a Mobile Health Specialist (Community Paramedic) to provide urgent in-home care on an on-call basis. The role focuses on treating acute cases and coordinating with telehealth physicians to keep patients safely at home. This full-time position requires NYS Paramedic certification, 3 years of 911/Interfacility experience, BCLS, ACLS, and a valid NYS driver’s license.
