Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a established and reputable independent insurance agency. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and grow your own book of business while working in a collaborative and results-driven environment. With access to a wide range of carrier markets and dedicated CSR support, you will have the tools and resources needed to focus on sales and relationship building.
Compensation Package

Competitive Commission Structure:
- 40% New Business Commission
- 30% Renewal Commission
Long-term renewal income potential.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new Commercial Lines business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Meet with business owners to assess and identify their insurance needs.
Prepare and present proposals to secure new business.
Collaborate with a dedicated CSR for new business processing and ongoing client servicing.
Foster relationships with carrier partners and underwriters.
Consistently meet or exceed production goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Proven experience in Commercial Lines sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of Commercial Lines production experience.
- Familiarity with AMS360 software.
- Experience working with carriers such as Westfield, Travelers, CNA, Western Reserve, and Liberty.
