Job Description Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a established and reputable independent insurance agency. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and grow your own book of business while working in a collaborative and results-driven environment. With access to a wide range of carrier markets and dedicated CSR support, you will have the tools and resources needed to focus on sales and relationship building.

Compensation Package
- Competitive Commission Structure:
- 40% New Business Commission
- 30% Renewal Commission
- Long-term renewal income potential.
- Prospect and develop new Commercial Lines business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Meet with business owners to assess and identify their insurance needs.
- Prepare and present proposals to secure new business.
- Collaborate with a dedicated CSR for new business processing and ongoing client servicing.
- Foster relationships with carrier partners and underwriters.
- Consistently meet or exceed production goals.
- Required:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Proven experience in Commercial Lines sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred:
- 3+ years of Commercial Lines production experience.
- Familiarity with AMS360 software.
- Experience working with carriers such as Westfield, Travelers, CNA, Western Reserve, and Liberty.
