Sourcing Manager

Strategic Sourcing Manager role at a medical device manufacturer responsible for leading sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management, and category strategy across direct materials including electronics and metals. Position offers remote flexibility with occasional travel and direct visibility to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electronics, PCBAs, metals, and plastics categories
Lead supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, and serve as escalation point for supplier issues
Drive continuous improvement in supplier capabilities and performance metrics
Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams on sourcing and product alignment
Manage supplier and sourcing strategy for significant sustaining product portfolio

Requirements

8+ years supply chain management or strategic sourcing experience
Bachelor's degree
Effective negotiation skills for pricing and commercial terms
Ability to develop subject matter expertise in assigned spend categories
ERP system experience preferred
Manufacturing or medical device industry background preferred

Compensation: $102,600-$222,300 USD Annual (range varies by pay band USN-US30)
