You must reside within 30 miles of Progressive's Erie Claims office located at 5473 Village Common Dr., Suite 207, Erie, PA 16506 to be considered.

As a claims administrative support specialist , you'll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Minimum qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
• one year post-secondary education

• Proficiency using office equipment
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
• Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
• Customer service and follow-up skills

Location: Erie, PA (5473 Village Common Dr., Suite 207, Erie, PA 16506). Candidate must reside within a 30-mile radius to Erie Claims office to be considered.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. This is an in-office, customer-facing position.

Compensation

• $19.61 - $20.96/hour
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
