About Chickadee Chatter Chickadee Chatter Speech Therapy is a neuro-affirming, family-centered pediatric practice offering individualized, nature-based, and play-based speech and language services. Therapy may take place in-office, in homes, in schools/daycares, outdoors, telehealth or in the community — giving you flexibility and variety in how you work with kids. Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy across a pediatric caseload Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educational teams to support carryover and success Document sessions and maintain accurate, timely records Participate in case collaboration and team communication Share your creativity — ideas for program or resource development are highly encouraged and supported Expected Hours 18.0 – 32.0 direct service hours per week (3-5 days) Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Maine SLP license (active or eligible) Experience in early intervention and/or school-based settings Interest in nature-based, play-based, and/or child-led therapy approaches Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset What We Offer Competitive hourly rates starting at $40/hr for CFs, higher depending on experience Flexible scheduling and autonomy in service delivery Eager to supervise and mentor new SLPs!
