Part-Time Physician Assistant – Wound Care Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate Physician Assistant to provide coverage during provider vacations and holiday weeks in skilled nursing facilities throughout Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a PA looking to supplement an existing position while maintaining maximum flexibility. Compensation Base: $423 per coverage day (prorated from a $110,000 annual base) Productivity bonus Estimated total earnings: $540–$765 per day at typical-to-strong productivity (see example below) Flat day rate covers the full clinical day, including documentation No call No weekends (unless mutually agreed) No nights No minimum weekly commitment $423/day base (prorated from a $110,000 annual base) + RVU productivity bonus (medical necessity ensured by robust chart reviews and in-person audit system) Estimated total $540–$765/day ($67–$96/hour or $140,000 - $200,000 annually) Mileage Reimbursement Schedule A coverage day is a full clinical day (typically 8 hours). Responsibilities Evaluate and manage chronic wounds in skilled nursing facilities Perform bedside procedures including debridement, skin biopsy and other Collaborate with nursing staff and facility leadership Complete documentation before the end of the workday Qualifications DEA registration Comfortable working independently after orientation Reliable transportation Why Join Us?
