About Our Agency:

For over 22 years, our State Farm agency has been proudly serving the Corvallis community with a dedicated team of 17 professionals. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment focused on mentorship and growth, with a strong track record of developing future leaders—five of our former team members have gone on to become State Farm agents themselves. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
