About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and integration strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of a multi-state region, including financial performance, operational leadership, talent development, and business growth. This executive leadership position involves leading operational strategy and execution across multiple regional locations, owning the regional P&L, and driving growth through operational improvement, acquisitions, and integration initiatives. The role also includes leading a team of senior leaders, developing annual business plans, and ensuring the maintenance of strong client, partner, and industry relationships. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President of Operations at the company include leading a team of directors, general managers, and operational leaders, monitoring financial metrics and operational KPIs, and promoting a safety culture while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar executive role, with the ability to build and develop high-performing leadership teams, support workforce development, and succession planning. The role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with executive leadership to implement company-wide initiatives and is adept at identifying operational improvements, process enhancements, and system efficiencies. A strong background in multi-site operations, acquisition integration, and operational scaling is essential for this position.
