Role Description The Part-Time Receptionist will work on-site in Lexington, VA, serving as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and callers. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and directing guests, answering and routing phone calls, and providing clear, courteous information about the facility and its services. The role involves performing basic clerical tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining reception area organization, and supporting administrative staff with filing, data entry, and scheduling. The Receptionist helps ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere that aligns with Heritage Hall’s commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. Part‑time hours may include weekday, evening, and weekend shifts based on operational needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette skills to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
