About The Role SonderMind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C. (SPCC) is seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population. This role is designed to offer clinicians predictability and meaningful earning potential through a structured productivity model. Psychiatrists are supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care. What You'll Do Deliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care – provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards. Medication Management & Ongoing Care – manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. Maintain Clinical Documentation Standards – complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements. Support Continuity of Care – collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure a seamless and integrated care experience for clients. Meet Productivity Expectations – maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity-based incentives. Leverage Technology & Tools – utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload, streamline documentation, and enhance care delivery. What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting encounter baselines while maintaining board‑certified clinical rigor. Comprehensive evaluations, accurate diagnoses, and evidence‑based treatment plans. Thoughtful medication management with timely adjustments that drive client progress. Same‑day documentation meeting HIPAA and payer compliance standards. 85%+ client retention with schedules booked 3–4 weeks out. Strong collaboration with therapists, PMHNPs, and care coordinators for integrated care. Clinical oversight and consultation support for the broader care team. Earning productivity incentives through consistent, high‑quality performance. Active contribution to clinical meetings, peer consultation, and professional development. Who You Are Psychiatrist (MD/DO) with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s). Board‑certified or board‑eligible in psychiatry. Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence‑based care. Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation. Comfort working in a technology‑enabled care environment. Interest in a structured, productivity‑based compensation model. Familiarity with job‑relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or other industry‑standard AI productivity tools is expected and considered essential for success at this company. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary of $140,000‑$275,000 per year, plus productivity‑based incentives designed to provide both stability and earning upside. This role operates under SonderMind's Clinical Productivity Bonus Plan, offering transparency and flexibility in clinician earnings. Guaranteed base salary with a defined baseline of completed encounters per pay period. Additional per‑session compensation earned after meeting baseline. Administrative work—documentation, care coordination, and collaboration—included in base salary. Designed to reward productivity while supporting sustainable workloads and consistent client access.
