Work Environment

This role is based on-site, where you will regularly engage with patients in their homes as part of our unique concierge medicine approach. You will be working in a collaborative atmosphere alongside skilled nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and physicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, discussing symptoms, and conducting physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging studies, to diagnose existing conditions and monitor patient health.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for meticulous documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both established protocols and the unique circumstances of each patient.
• Coordinate care by referring patients to specialists when necessary and analyzing medical records to inform treatment decisions.
• Work collaboratively within a healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience and adherence to best practices in nursing care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all federal and state regulations governing nursing practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about best practices in nurse practitioner care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients receiving concierge medical services. This patient population often includes individuals seeking personalized, high-touch medical care that values accessibility and communication. You will work with patients to not only manage acute and chronic conditions but to foster a proactive approach to health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Valid licenses as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
• Board certification in an applicable specialty area is preferred.
• A Master’s degree in Nursing is required; a Doctorate of Nursing is highly favored.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a physician practice or hospital setting is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in developing treatment plans and conducting patient evaluations autonomously while considering each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Experience in concierge medicine or home health care delivery is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
