Pet Playtime Coordinator - Sanford

Pet Paradise is looking for individuals with a passion for pets to organize and manage daytime play groups at our Sanford resort location. Maintain visual observation of dogs at all times and spread attention and play among all dogs in the playgroup. Minimize stress levels of all dogs in the playgroup and handle aggressive or unusual behaviors. Control levels of play by following procedures and instructions provided by management and utilizing proper dog handling techniques. Assist the team with cleaning and play yard maintenance duties. Qualifications Excellent customer service and organizational skills. True passion for working with animals. Ability to work in all‑weather conditions (heat and humidity); will be exposed to pool water. Comfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to handle dogs of all sizes and lift up to 60 lbs. Must be able to work under conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing and grasping.
