Many SLPA jobs advertise attractive per-visit rates, but cancellations and open schedules can make your actual paycheck unpredictable.

COMPENSATION THAT GROWS WITH YOU

Your hourly paycheck is your foundation, not your ceiling.

Once you exceed 40 productivity units in a week, you earn $20 for every additional unit.

45 units = regular paycheck + $100 bonus

Qualifying preparation and support work can also count toward productivity.

You'll also have opportunities to earn team bonuses based on the performance of the practice.

New SLPAs entering the profession start at $16/hour with a clear first-year raise path:

• Start: $16/hour
• 3 months: $17/hour
• 6 months: $18/hour
• 9 months: $19/hour
• 12 months: $20/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide pediatric speech, language, and reading therapy under SLP supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and monitor progress
• Prepare therapy materials
• Collaborate with SLPs, families, and team members
• Complete documentation and support clinic workflows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field
• Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Spanish-English bilingual skills strongly preferred
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• Enjoys working with children and families
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time weekday availability, including afternoons and early evenings
