Transition from waterfall to Agile Responsibilities In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team (for example, Pre-Planning/ Preparation and PI Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs. Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the Product Owner). Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the team. Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Sprint commitments. Provide visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders.
