New Homes Consultant, Houston

We are hiring multiple New Home Consultants in Houston. Job Description New Homes Consultants turn potential homebuyers into homeowners. NHCs are responsible for generating referrals, prospecting leads, and cultivating relationships with Realtors, brokers, and other potential referral sources. Guide customers through the home buying process, striving to exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals. Actively use the CRM system to implement marketing initiatives and to keep in touch with prospective buyers and referral sources. Showcase model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites. Master every detail of your community, including home sites, floor plans, and amenities. Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting. Collaborate with teammates, including other NHCs, online sales, and the marketing team. Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, brokers, lenders, businesses, and other sources of buyer referrals. Please note that our model homes are open when buyers are shopping. Working on weekends is required, and two consecutive days off will be given on weekdays. Qualifications Prior new home sales experience or proven sales success in other industries. Proven metrics and sales results (e.g., percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards, quantifiable accomplishments). Professional communication skills. Strong team collaboration. Willing and available to work weekends.
