Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)Seeking a full time Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a great team in Western Arizona!Seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care within the framework of professional practice, utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment to assess, plan, and implement life-saving care for patients of all ages.Key ResponsibilitiesRapid Assessment: Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social assessments; interpret diagnostics/labs and report critical findings to physicians.Care Planning: Develop and revise individualized, measurable plans of care and discharge strategies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.Clinical Execution: Provide direct patient care, administer treatments, and coordinate the healthcare team's activities in compliance with hospital policy and regulatory standards.Documentation: Maintain timely, legible, and accurate records of patient progress, interventions, and physician orders.Professional Leadership: Support the growth of the unit through shared leadership, mentoring/precepting of new staff, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.Minimum QualificationsLicense: Current, valid RN license in the State of Arizona (or Compact/Multi-State license).Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required upon hire.Specialized Training: TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of hire.Competency: Must demonstrate clinical performance competencies through annual validations.Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).Professional Board Certification (e.g., CEN).Prior experience in Emergency or Critical Care nursing.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and respond quickly to emergency needs for extended periods.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and utilize proper body mechanics for patient transfers.Adequate visual acuity (including color vision) and hearing to monitor patient status.BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off (PTO) and extended sickness hours.Retirement plans with a 4% match.Additional support: Housing assistance (3 months), relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement for critical-need positions.It is a premier destination for boating, jet skiing, wakeboarding, and fishing.
