Certified Mobile Notary Service ( currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Real Estate Document Notary to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and efficient notarization of real estate documents while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: Perform remote notarial acts for various real estate documents, including loan agreements, deeds, and mortgage documents. Utilize secure online platforms to verify identities, witness signatures, and notarize documents in compliance with state regulations. Review documents for accuracy and completeness before notarization. Communicate effectively with clients, borrowers, and other stakeholders to coordinate signings and address any questions or concerns. Maintain detailed records of notarial acts and transactions. Requirements: Active Notary Public commission in your state. Previous experience as a notary public, particularly in notarizing real estate documents, is highly preferred. Familiarity with remote notarization platforms and technology. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Compensation: Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per document notarized, based on experience and location.
