As an Installation Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by overseeing installation projects, supporting field teams, and ensuring every job meets our standards for quality, safety, and service. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, developing strong relationships with our crews, and ensuring homeowners receive the high-quality experience they deserve.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple installation and projects daily, from start to finish.
• Lead, support, and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Production Administrators to coordinate project timelines, resolve challenges, and meet customer expectations.
• Proactively identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Conduct pre-installation, installation, and post-installation inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and established processes.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout their projects, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitor project progress and hold field teams accountable for quality, productivity, and timely completion.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes, team performance, and operational efficiency.
• Represent Victors Home Solutions with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to doing the job right.
