MIG Welder

Location: Comstock Park, MI Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) Pay: $19.00 per hour

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a MIG Welder to join our team in Comstock Park , MI . In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce quality welded products that meet safety, accuracy, and performance standards.

As a MIG Welder , your core responsibilities will include:
MIG Welding: Construct products according to specifications to ensure strength and quality.
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret basic drawings and blueprints to fabricate accurate parts.
Finishing Work: Grind and use hand tools on welded fabrications to meet quality standards.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety and production procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of prior MIG welding experience
Ability to read and understand basic drawings and blueprints
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Skills:
Attention to Detail: Ensures welds meet quality and specification requirements.
Mechanical Aptitude: Supports proper use of welding equipment and hand tools.
Time Management: Helps meet production schedules efficiently and safely.

This is an excellent opportunity for both short-term and long-term employment. The position is short-term, up to 6 months , with an opportunity to be hired in as early as 90 days for strong candidates. We are committed to providing a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.
