Description Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Adult & Family Care Clinic, Santa Fe Position Summary As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, establishing diagnoses, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications as appropriate, and promoting preventive health and wellness.
