Occupational Therapist

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private homes, senior living, and community settings, enhancing mobility, independence, and quality of life using evidence-based treatment plans. Perform evaluations, develop personalized care plans, and deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness and functional independence. Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists. Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place, incorporating telehealth when appropriate to increase flexibility and access. Qualifications And Skills Valid OT license or eligibility in practice state(s) Degree from an accredited OT program Proficiency with computers and EMR systems Current CPR certification Key Duties & Benefits Autonomous treatment schedule with flexibility to create personalized plans Work in various environments including in-home and senior communities Engage in a supportive, interdisciplinary team environment Opportunities for telehealth, virtual care, and career advancement Competitive pay, benefits including insurance, 401(k), continuing education, and professional growth support Physical ability to assist patients, perform transfers, and navigate community settings #J-18808-Ljbffr
