LPN or EMT - Unit Clinician (PRN), Sat & Sun (7a-7p) plus PRN days

Overview Job post summary Date posted: November 3, 2025 Pay: From $21.00 per hour Job Description Our clinical research site is looking for an experienced LPN or EMT to join our PRN team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality of care throughout the inpatient facility. They may also help manage and train our unit staff. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a nursing leadership position, a strong ability to work with a team, and an in-depth knowledge of mental health care. Responsibilities Maintaining high standards of care Managing patients\' data and medical records with confidentiality and sensitivity Interacting with doctors, patients and family members Additional Duties Medication dispensation and maintaining accurate records Documenting patient observations and clinical notes Overseeing the unit to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the safety of the patients Collect vital signs Collect blood, urine or other laboratory specimens, and prepare them for testing Provide clinical support to physicians during patient examinations and procedures, as needed Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the room stocked and cleaned, reorder supplies, and dispose of bio-hazardous supplies Perform other duties as assigned or required Qualifications Must hold a current, valid LPN or EMT license Experience LPN or EMT: 1 year (Required) License/Certification LPN or EMT license (Required) Shift Availability Day Shift (Required) Location & Commute Ability to Commute: Bentonville, AR 72712 (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Pillar Clinical Research, LLC
