Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide weekly, structured supervision to practicum students working toward clinical licensure or those currently enrolled in Master’s programs, fostering their clinical acumen and professional growth. \n Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families. \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and local community resources to ensure comprehensive and holistic treatment approaches for clients. \n Contribute actively to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and outcomes to facilitate effective client progress. \n Maintain thorough documentation and accurate records of client interactions, treatment sessions, and progress notes, adhering to industry standards for confidentiality and ethical practice. \n Stay abreast of current research, evidence-based practices, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy to continually enhance your practice. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The therapist will serve a varied patient population that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Additionally, the therapist will support couples navigating relationship issues and families seeking to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, allowing for a rich tapestry of therapeutic experiences. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. \n A valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW). \n Professional liability insurance, demonstrating commitment to ethical and responsible practice. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, showcasing a deep understanding of therapeutic principles and practices. \n Experience supervising or mentoring students or junior therapists is highly desirable. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a generous annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, which reflects our dedication to providing competitive compensation within the mental health field.
