Job Description

We are recruiting for a well-established nonprofit that operates with the scale, structure, and business discipline of a for-profit enterprise. The organization includes several affiliated entities operating under one umbrella.

What you will do:

• Prepares & reviews financials
• Acts as point person for all audits
• Leads integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions
• May oversee grant budgeting, reporting, and fiscal compliance
• Leads and mentors accounting team

What you will have:

• B.S. in Accounting or related
• CPA license required; MBA a plus
• 5–7 years of experience in a financial management role
• At least 2 years of experience in public accounting and auditing
• Experience accounting for or auditing federal programs under OMB Circular A-133 preferred
• Familiarity with nonprofit industry concepts, practices, and procedures
