Junior Online MarketeerAls Online Marketeer ben je mede-eigenaar van een kanaal of marketingdoelstelling. Je vertaalt doelen naar concrete verbeteringen, optimaliseert continu op resultaat en krijgt veel ruimte om eigen ideeën uit te werken en in de praktijk te brengen. Ook gebruik je de nieuwste AI-tooling om inzichten sneller boven tafel te krijgen en processen te automatiseren. Zo maak je Coolblue elke dag een beetje beter.Wat doe je als Junior Online Marketeer bij Coolblue?Als Online Marketeer maak je ons marketingresultaat elke dag een beetje beter. Je vertaalt marketingdoelstellingen naar concrete optimalisaties, plannen en campagnes. Je specialiseert je in één van onze marketingkanalen, werkt aan marketingplannen of advertentiemogelijkheden voor partners, of optimaliseert online kanalen voor een selectie producttypes. Je spot commerciële kansen en vertaalt die naar plannen, campagnes, advertentiemiddelen of procesverbeteringen. Je houdt je resultaat scherp in de gaten, pakt projecten op met stakeholders en zorgt dat campagnes, plannen en advertentiemiddelen inhoudelijk, technisch en procesmatig kloppen. Met data, experimenten en slimme AI-automatiseringen werk je gericht aan betere resultaten en maak je onze marketing steeds slimmer en effectiever.* Aan toffe marketingprojecten werken met verschillende stakeholders om het resultaat van jouw specialisme te verbeteren.* AI inzetten om bestaande werkwijzen, tooling en processen te verbeteren en automatiseren.* Datagedreven te werk gaan: Je vind het leuk om resultaten te analyseren, kansen te signaleren en inzichten te vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.* Marketingdoelstellingen vertalen naar concrete plannen, campagnes of optimalisaties.Hier herken jij jezelf in* Een must: een afgeronde WO-Master. Bij voorkeur richting van marketing, (bedrijfs)economie of bedrijfskunde.* Je spreekt Nederlands, but your English is also very good.* Je beschikt over sterk analytisch vermogen én stakeholder management.* Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, komt zelf met ideeën en krijgt energie van het steeds beter maken van marketing.* Ervaring met marketing of een relevante stage is een pré.Dit zoek jij verder in een baan* Geld.* Ongekend goede werksfeer.
