Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities Manage the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Document vehicle condition using company tools, completing inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory. Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs. Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area. Operate camera and utilize handheld inventory devices to process incoming vehicles. Determine operational capability of motor vehicles. Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles. Maintain inventory of all materials used. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work outdoors in all seasons. General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred. Basic computer proficiency with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Driver's license preferred. Bilingual skill a plus. Pay $20.03 - $22.58/ Hour.
