Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer

Job Summary:

This Developer role within AZDES focuses on leading the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. The position requires hands-on technical leadership to build scalable Lightning Web Components, implement security models, and integrate data and AI solutions. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders and mentorship responsibilities to ensure high-quality deliverables in a hybrid work environment based in Phoenix. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust security models including External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms.
• Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata deployments.
• Develop modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components optimized for the LWR framework.
• Implement personalization using Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for tailored content journeys.
• Design process automation workflows with Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume transactions.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles and manage APIs for external system connectivity.
• Enforce coding standards through code reviews to ensure scalability and compliance with governor limits.
• Engage with stakeholders including C-suite executives to present technical roadmaps and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and development.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce frameworks.
• Knowledge of security models including External Identity, SSO, and Apex Managed Sharing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies for Salesforce metadata.
• Skills in Salesforce Data Cloud integration and API management using REST/SOAP.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Availability for in-person interviews and ability to start within two weeks of offer.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for personalization.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex and Headless Flows for process automation.
• Previous experience presenting technical roadmaps to executive leadership.

Special Considerations:

• Position limited to candidates currently located in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Must be authorized to work in the specified location at time of submission.
