Job Summary City Brewery is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. This position will oversee the shift operations for 2 warehouses, central receiving, ingredient inventory/balancing/storage, chemical storage. Supervise up to 4 non-exempt warehouse coordinators, and approximately 25 forklift operators per shift. Position will work varied shifts as needed to provide relief coverage; availability for weekend coverage is a must. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of all palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies and trucks. Supervise the daily inventory, storage and movement of all packaging materials and finished product. Responsible for finished product, packaging material and ingredient stock rotation. Count, balance, and check proper tagging procedures for all hold product vs. hold report. Monitor and control daily hold adjustments. Serve as direct contact for Quality Department. File and track all hold dumping/sorting/repacking documents per TTB regulations. Supervise employee training, coaching and discipline. Schedule replacement coverage for call-ins. Supervise all scanning, WMS functions, meters versus receipts and various reports. Ensure proper operations of all on board forklift scanners, radios, cradles and WMS equipment. Record all daily forklift inspection reports. Enforce policies to stay within internal, federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for compliance of GMP, Fire codes, insurance guidelines, sanitation, pest control, safety, OSHA, FDA, DMV and TTB. Support the Packaging, Customer Service, Brewing, Accounting, Purchasing and Quality Assurance departments as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. A combination of education/military leadership/ work experience may be considered. Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing (Required) Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment. Highly organized/self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus Selected candidate must be willing to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover the needs of the business.
