Shift: 1st Shift Employment: Direct Hire Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience Position: Construction Sr Project Manager Location: Nashville, TN Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Construction to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong expertise in project management, schedule control, risk mitigation, cost management, QA/QC, and safety compliance. As a senior leader, you will oversee project planning, subcontractor management, contract administration, financial performance, and client relationships while mentoring and developing high-performing project teams. You will play a critical role in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Construction Leadership & Execution Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) Safety Management Team Leadership & Organizational Management Schedule & Procurement Management Project Planning & Strategic Execution Risk Management & Contract Administration Financial & Cost Management Preconstruction & Estimating Client & Business Development Technology & Systems Required Skills & Education Education Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 7–20 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management. Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex construction projects. Experience with contract negotiation, subcontractor management, and change order administration. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar). Strong knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and market trends.
