Job Description

Lab Technician / Quality Control – $29.50/hr

Location: Hillside, NJ 07205

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay: $29.50/hour

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician / Quality Control Technician for a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Perform visual and measurement testing to ensure quality specifications
Monitor food safety and quality control standards
Document inspection results and enter data accurately
Identify and report quality issues or deviations
Assist with equipment calibration and laboratory samples

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required
2+ years of QA, laboratory, or food manufacturing experience
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SPC, and quality procedures
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
