Whether in person or over the phone, your exceptional communication skills will shine as you guide customers through the repair process, answering questions and addressing concerns with confidence.OUR IDEAL AUTO REPAIR SERVICE COORDINATORExcellent customer service skillsGreat phone skillsKnowledge of multiple tire brands (we can train you!)Experience in other successful tire and auto repair stores is a huge plus. Knowledge of Identifix and other similar software is helpful.
