Retail Customer Service Representative
Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our West Van Lear, KY Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!
We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package that includes:
- Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission
- World class 401(k) up to 8% company contribution
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with company subsidies
- Up to 3 weeks of PTO and up to 9 paid holidays
- Work schedule: M-F, 8a 5p with occasional overtime
You worked hard for the following:
- Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
- Your high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service or call center experience
