Mobile Addiction Recovery Care Coordinator

Prairie View, Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator for our Mobile Unit based out of Newton, KS. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support adults and adolescents in addiction recovery, assessing needs and developing treatment plans while coordinating community resources across the Tri-County area.
