Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients in both individual and group settings.
  • Deliver psychotherapy to diverse client populations facing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Monitor client progress through regular sessions and documentation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients in urgent situations, employing effective de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
  • Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients, while also collaborating with families and community service providers to enhance client support systems.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by participating in quality assurance initiatives, in-service training, and consultations with other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions and services rendered, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
