Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating reliability and compassion during patient interactions. Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain quality standards. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience. Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach.
