Senior Product Manager - AWS Distributed SQL

Salary: $152,900 - 152,900 per year Requirements:

• We want 5+ years of technical product management experience with internet business exposure.
• We want 3+ years of technical experience in areas such as software development, network development, IT, or a related field.
• We want experience taking a product from concept and definition through engineering design and launch.
• We want experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with ownership of the full product lifecycle, from concept through go-to-market.
• We want 3+ years of database experience, such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Kinesis, or an advanced technology degree.
• We prefer knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and networks development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.
• We prefer experience working on software products and features in agile teams.

• We help accelerate the product engineering and business growth of Amazon Aurora DSQL.
• We shape and lead product strategy by turning customer insights and feedback into plans that speed delivery and improve customer delight.
• We own roadmap prioritization.
• We contribute to feature development by serving as the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle.
• We collaborate directly with software engineering teams.
• We work with senior business partners across marketing, finance, and sales.
• We manage competing priorities and bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• We communicate regularly with leadership and colleagues across organizational boundaries.
