We are actively seeking to hire highly skilled professionals to meet our growing demand and join our expanding team(s).We currently have an opening for Facilities Technician in our Dyco Electronics facility, located in Hornell, NY. This mid-level role performs skilled general building maintenance, coordinates external vendors as needed, and supports facility operations to ensure the building remains safe, compliant, and functional.The ideal candidate has experience performing building maintenance tasks and is capable of working independently.Details of the Role:The Facilities Technician II performs routine and preventive building maintenance, helps maintain facility infrastructure, coordinates vendor activities when required, and supports facility-related safety programs.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform general building maintenance, including light carpentry, minor electrical work, light plumbing, and basic repairs.Conduct routine inspections of facility systems such as lighting, HVAC filters, restrooms, breakrooms, and emergency equipment.Coordinate outside vendors or contractors for facility-related repairs or services when required.Support minor facility projects, office moves, workstation setups, and space rearrangements.Assist with maintaining facility systems such as doors, locks, signage, and common-area equipment.Perform light groundskeeping tasks as needed (site-dependent).Assist with maintaining inspection logs, facility documentation, and compliance records.Monitor cleanliness of facility areas and coordinate with cleaning staff or vendors as needed.Support Safety/EHS with emergency preparedness, fire safety equipment checks, and facility walk-throughs.Identify facility improvement opportunities and report issues to Facilities leadership.Perform other facility-related tasks as assigned.Qualifying Attributes and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.2–4 years of experience in general building or facility maintenance.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry tasks.Ability to coordinate and work with outside contractors or service providers.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, or work in tight areas depending on task.Ability to work around cleaning agents and basic maintenance tools.iNRCORE and its affiliated entities are an equal opportunity employer with a full suite of benefits offered to full-time employees.Excellent earning potential with qualifying annual bonusesHealth, Dental, and Vision BenefitsElective Flexible Spending and Dependent Care AccountsCompany paid and elective buy-up Life & AD&D InsuranceCompany paid Short-Term Disability and Elective Long-Term DisabilityElective Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Accident Coverage Benefits401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with qualifying Company matchCompany paid mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Holidays and generous paid time off (PTO)Employee Discount Program (LifeMart via ADP)Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying degrees and certification programs.iNRCORE, LLC and its affiliated entities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
