Because it does.Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with guidance and support from mentors and peers.A culture that supports you, driven by the values of collaboration and shared success, not competition.What You'll Do:You'll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means:Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans.Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try.Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology.Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days.What We Offer:Competitive Pay$16.58–$18.00/hourPaid training to become an RBT within 45 daysBenefits$750 Sign-On Bonus401(k) with company match$500 referral bonusPaid time off, holiday pay, mileage reimbursementFull health benefits for full-time team members1:1 client sessions—no group billing or overwhelming caseloadsA career pathway to become a BCBA with our BCBA Rise Scholarship program that provides up to $10,000 in financial support for your Master's degreeWhat We're Looking For:Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMMust be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalentReliability—showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasksResilience and compassion, especially on the tough daysInterest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services—experience with children is a plusAbility to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment—we'll prepare youPhysical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when neededWhy This Work?
