Receptionist Position
Sparks Group has partnered with a well-known law firm that is seeking a receptionist for their busy office in Harrisonburg, VA. This is a long-term contract opportunity. This is the perfect opportunity for those that love to work in a fast-paced environment and love to provide a high level of customer service. Please apply today!
Responsibilities
- Greets all clients and visitors entering the office with exceptional customer service
- Answers a high volume of incoming phone calls and directs them to the proper party
- Receives mail and packages ensuring they get to the correct party
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have experience answering high volume calls and operating a multiline phone system
- Must have strong Microsoft Outlook skills (will be tested)
- Previous work in a law firm is a plus
- Must be able to multitask and work at a fast pace
This job is in-person. Pay range: hourly $19.00 to $19.00.
