Key Responsibilities\n- \n

The clients you will support vary in background and demographic characteristics, including age, socioeconomic status, and presenting challenges. Your expertise in solution-based interventions will be crucial in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. By understanding the unique experiences of each client, you will facilitate personalized treatment to help them achieve their mental health goals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required. \n
- A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is necessary to practice. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on psychotherapy and solution-based practices. \n
- Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are imperative to effectively engage with clients and coordinate with colleagues. \n
