Position Overview:

As a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) , you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive timely, safe, and accurate medication administration. You will work closely with licensed nurses and the care team to enhance the well-being of our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer oral, inhalation, and topical medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Monitor residents for any adverse drug reactions and report concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration in accordance with facility policies.
Assist in monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes to the care team.
Take vital signs, stock medication carts, and handle medication disposal following regulations.
Ensure the safe storage and handling of all medications.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Valid Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification.
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience or 2 years as a medication aide .
Strong understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
