Valley Fitness in Selma, CA, is seeking an energetic and committed Group Training Coach to join our team! If you’re passionate about fitness, enjoy motivating others, and love creating a positive and engaging environment, we’d love to meet you.

As a Group Training Coach, you’ll lead our Valley Strong group training sessions , helping members stay motivated, build confidence, and work toward their fitness goals while creating a strong sense of community.

Competitive hourly wage: $16.90–$20.00 per hour

$16.90 - $20 hourly

• Lead engaging and effective Valley Strong group training sessions for a diverse group of members in Selma, CA.
• Provide individualized coaching, encouragement, and support to help members achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and monitor form to ensure a safe and effective workout environment.
• Create and deliver challenging, motivating, and engaging workouts appropriate for different fitness levels.
• Track member progress, provide constructive feedback, and make modifications when needed to support results.
• Build positive relationships with members and create an energetic, welcoming group-training environment.
• Motivate members to stay consistent, push toward their goals, and celebrate their progress.
• Maintain accountability with all Valley Strong members and provide ongoing support to help them reach their fitness goals.
• Represent Valley Fitness with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

• 2+ years of experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or group fitness preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, encourage, and inspire members of all fitness levels.
• Knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness principles, and basic nutrition.
• Ability to create a positive, energetic, and welcoming group training environment.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
