Essential functions include inspiring and engaging customers and fellow team members alike, training, coaching, and recognizing the talent before you, managing P&L, growth through great service, following brand standards, and working approximately 50 hours a week. Lastly, create a restaurant experience for team members and customers that you are proud of.
