Physician - Cardiology, Electrophysiology (BMC)

Position Electrophysiologist (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) at West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute. Duties The successful candidate will practice in the area of electrophysiology in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The role includes providing excellent patient care and actively involving in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for a state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed an internal medicine residency program, a cardiovascular disease fellowship program, and an electrophysiology fellowship. Board certification or eligibility in electrophysiology is required. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Location Marsburg, West Virginia. Depending on operational needs, the candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Travel to these sites may be anticipated and expected. Schedule Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Exempt. United States of America.
