Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform well during high-volume service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and organize ingredients for daily serviceSet up, maintain, and break down the pizza lineStretch dough and build Neapolitan-style pizzas to company specificationsCook pizzas in wood-fired ovens according to standardsMaintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standardsWork efficiently during high-volume periodsKeep your station clean, organized, and food-safeFollow all food safety and sanitation proceduresSupport teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen cultureWhat We're Looking ForExperience is helpful but not required.
